As a professional Toastmaster I will be able to undertake the following duties for you:

• Liaise with the Caterers to confirm: timing and order of events, table plan etc.

• Liaise with the organiser – confirm order and timing of events in accordance to your requirements

• Organise receiving line in accordance with the appropriate etiquette

• Announce Guests – Guarantees correct names & titles are used

• Announce and say Grace at the appropriate time

• Announce Chairman / Guest of Honour

• Announce and conduct Loyal Toast at the appropriate time

• Organise and announce VIP presentations

• Prepare and announce the speakers

• Announce the retirement of Chairman if required

• Organise, announce and conduct auctions & raffles

• Fulfil any further duties at your request
