The Masonic Ladies Festival is a wonderful evening or part of a weekend away which should be a time of celebration for the Master, his Lady and their guests.

The success of your evening depends upon its careful planning. This is where my professional service can help to make the event run smoothly.

I have been trained to the highest standard to ensure that everything goes according to plan and you can be rest assured that I will carry out my role in line with vital etiquette and traditions.

In ensuring a memorable occasion I will undertake the following duties for you:

 

  • Liaise with the Festival Secretary and President

  • Discuss with the Festival Secretary the arrangements prior to the event

  • Ensure the receiving line is in position at the specified time and announce the guests

  • Announce the President and his Lady into Dinner

  • Announce or say Grace

  • Announce various Wine Toasts during the course of Dinner

  • Announce the Loyal Toast

  • Announce the Ladies Song

  • Announce Table Prizes and Ladies Gifts

  • Announce Speeches

  • Announce the commencement of the Dancing

  • Liaise with the entertainment of the evening

  • Arrange and conduct the Raffle and Auction if required

  • Announce any Spot Prizes during the dancing

  • Happily carry out any other instructions at the President or Festival Secretary's request
